Privacy Policy
An overview of the personal data collected at registration and during play, the purposes for which it is used and the parties that have access to it. The page also covers cookies, transfers outside the United Kingdom, security and retention periods, and the rights a player can exercise.
What data is collected
When a profile is created, the player’s name, date of birth, address, email and phone number are stored. Data generated during use is added to this, including deposits and withdrawals in pounds sterling, game history, limits and support correspondence. Technical data such as the IP address, device, browser and session times is also kept, as are documents submitted for identity verification.
Why the data is used
Most processing is needed to perform the contract: without payment details no withdrawal is possible, and without game history no complaint can be investigated. Some data must also be kept by law, and fraud prevention and security count as a legitimate interest. Newsletters are sent only with consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep a session running, retain the language choice and secure a logged-in account. Analytics cookies show which pages are visited, so the site structure can be improved. Consent is requested in advance for any non-essential cookies, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, and can be changed later in the settings. Without cookies, the site can still be viewed, but logging in and depositing will not work.
Sharing with others
Data is not sold or passed on to advertisers. It is shared only with parties that play a role in the service, such as payment providers, game suppliers, identity check companies and hosting and email providers, each receiving only what its task requires under a confidentiality agreement. Regulators such as the UK Gambling Commission and law enforcement receive what the law requires.
Transfers outside the UK
Some service providers use servers outside the United Kingdom. In those cases, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, so the level of protection matches what applies in the UK.
Security
Traffic between the browser and the servers is encrypted. Only staff who need the data for their work can access player files, and every access is logged. Card details are never stored in full. Players should still use a unique password and keep it to themselves.
How long data is kept
Account, transaction and identification data is kept for as long as the statutory period requires, counted from the last contact. Correspondence with customer support is kept for a shorter period. Once the period ends, data is deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to an individual.
Player rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, players can request a copy of the data held about them, have incorrect data corrected and ask for deletion unless a legal retention duty applies. They can also object to processing or ask for their data to be transferred. Requests go to customer support and are answered within one month, and unresolved concerns can be raised with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Changes to this policy are published on this page.
