Acceptance of the terms

Anyone who opens an account or uses the services on the website agrees to the terms set out here. They apply to both the desktop and mobile versions, and together with the bonus rules and the other policy documents they form a single agreement. Anyone who does not accept these terms should stop using the services.

Who can take part

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and over who act on their own behalf and not for anyone else. Players are responsible for checking that gambling is permitted where they live, because the fact that the website can be reached does not mean the services are offered in every jurisdiction. Employees of the operator and of the game suppliers, as well as their immediate family members, may not take part. The same applies to anyone who has self-excluded, including through GamStop.

The account

Only one account is allowed per person, per household and per shared device. The details provided must be accurate and up to date, and any change of address or phone number must be reported within a reasonable time. Login details are personal. Any action carried out with the correct username and password is the responsibility of the account holder, even if someone else was using the device. An account cannot be sold, given away or transferred to a third party in any other way.

Balance and transactions

All amounts are recorded in pounds sterling. The balance is intended for play and earns no interest; the account is not a bank account and must not be used to move money. Amounts credited through a technical error or a staff mistake remain the property of the operator and are corrected as soon as the error is identified. If an account has not been used for twelve months or more, an administration fee may be deducted after the player has been notified by email.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion has its own rules on wagering requirements, validity period, maximum stake and excluded games. These rules are shown with the promotion itself and take priority over the general terms if the two conflict. In line with UK Gambling Commission rules, wagering requirements never exceed ten times the bonus amount. Players cannot take part in more than one promotion at a time unless stated otherwise. If a promotion is used in a way that gets around its intended purpose, the bonus is forfeited while the player’s own deposit is left untouched.

Prohibited use

Prohibited conduct includes using software that influences the course of play, accessing the website by automated means, collusion between players at the same table, holding more than one profile and reversing a deposit with the bank without good reason. Where such conduct is suspected, the account may be frozen for the duration of the investigation, and if it is confirmed, the profile is closed.

Malfunctions and interruptions

If a technical malfunction occurs, an interrupted round is declared void and the stake is refunded. An outcome produced incorrectly by a software or display error is corrected on the basis of the server logs. Maintenance is announced in advance wherever possible. No responsibility can be accepted for faults in the player’s internet connection or equipment.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated when changes in regulation or in the services make it necessary. Significant changes are announced in advance, and continued use counts as acceptance. The agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, although players resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts. A player who does not wish to accept the revised terms can have the account closed at any time and the remaining balance paid out.
